DuckDuckGo today announced it saw over 1 billion searches conducted in 2013. This was possible thanks to a significant increase in daily searches for the service throughout last year. Here are DuckDuckGo’s latest traffic figures:
Back in June, the company revealed it was seeing 3 million searches daily, and as you can see above, that number has plateaued more recently around the 4 million mark. The company undoubtedly plans to keep growing that figure in 2014: “We have a lot of big things planned for this year that we hope will address a lot of the excellent feedback you have been giving us for some time.”
