Motorola looks ready to take the next step towards wider distribution of its new handsets. The company sent “save the date” emails to tech press that included a #MotoG hashtag which is already making the rounds on Twitter. November 13 is the date we should save. Presumably, the Moto G will be a global phone based on the company’s corresponding tweet on Monday which says “hello” in multiple languages.
Time to say hola, olá, g'day, hallo, bonjour, namastē, hello to #MotoG moto-g.com http://t.co/HSHuEI2t8P—

Motorola hasn’t offered any additional details on the handset, but I’m expecting a phone similar to the Moto X that’s currently available only in the U.S. I’d be surprised, however, if the Moto G was available in custom options like the Moto X is; at least for AT&T customers currently.
GSM Arena posted alleged specifications for the Moto G last Friday suggesting the phone will have a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 5 megapixel rear camera, 4.5-inch screen with 1280 x 720 resolution, and HSPA+ — not LTE — connectivity. Those specs differ from noted tipster @evleaks, who tweeted the following on Friday:
Motorola Moto G: S4 Pro (1.5GHz x 4), 4.7" 720p, 8GB or 16GB, 8MP, LG-made 1950mAh, starts free on contract [via tip] http://t.co/0lJPnbMEsr—

It’s entirely possible that both leaks are accurate: Perhaps Motorola is launching not just a single device but a range of handsets for the international market.
